Making and Getting the Real Dirt (ROS)

Join Maria Grimaldi to develop an understanding of the importance of the soil we use for gardening and farming. She will also go over methods for making compost quickly and easily. Attendees are invited to bring a sample of their soil for pH testing and analysis.

Maria Grimaldi is an educator in sustainable permaculture and a farm-to-market consultant. She specializes in organic and sustainable farming and currently owns and operates Panther Rock Farm located in Youngsville, NY.
